Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are between Mavyn Studio, a design studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Mavyn", "we", "us"), and the person or business placing an order ("you"). Contact: hello@mavyn.online.
2. Acceptance
You accept these terms and our Refund Policy when you tick "I agree to the Terms and Refund Policy" and pay. Custom orders: you accept these terms when you pay the custom payment link, which includes a link to these terms and the written scope. Submitting a proposal request alone does not create a contract.
3. Services and scope
We provide brand identity, website, social content, brochure and monthly growth design packages. The exact deliverables, quantities, file formats and exclusions for each package are listed under "What's included / Not included / What we need from you" on the order page, and are part of these terms. Anything not listed is out of scope.
Units: a section is one horizontal block with one heading. A post is a single 1080×1350 image. Carousels and Stories count separately and are included only where listed.
4. Templated service and your look
Our prices are below market because every deliverable is built on templates. You choose one named look (for example "Look W2") from the gallery on the order page. That gallery image is the reference for the layout and style, and your draft will use that look adapted to your colours, fonts, logo, photos and text. Showcase images elsewhere on the site are illustrative, and aren't the look you're buying unless they're named at order. Custom concepts, designs from scratch, matching a competitor's or a reference design, custom illustration and new layouts aren't included; they're only available as a separately quoted custom order. Switching looks after the first draft counts as a new order.
4A. Custom design quotes
Custom work is outside the template rules in clause 4. We quote it within 1 working day, based on the effort needed. A custom quote is fixed-scope, states its delivery time, and is paid in full before work starts. The same revision, refund and silence rules apply, with lateness measured from the delivery date stated in the quote.
5. What you provide, the clock and paused orders
You provide your brief and the discovery answers, your business name, any existing logo, brand colours or references if you have them, and up to 5 photos via a Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox link. If you send fewer photos, we design around what you have. You supply the text, or we write it within these limits: websites up to 400 words per page; brochures up to 150 words per page; posts up to 60 words of caption each; emails up to 150 words each; brand packs include your name and one tagline.
Brief complete: we confirm by email the date your brief and materials are complete and your delivery date. That email starts the clock. If you think something is missing from it, tell us within 1 working day.
Promised date: every package is delivered within 3 working days of that brief-complete date (for monthly plans, the first batch). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. The promised delivery date is the date the first draft is due. "First draft" means a complete first version of every deliverable in the package, sent to your Drive folder or by email. Delays you cause pause the clock.
Waiting for materials: if we're still waiting for your brief or materials, we'll remind you by email on day 7, day 21 and day 28. If we receive nothing by day 30, the order closes with no refund, but you may reopen it once within 90 days by sending your materials.
6. Revisions
Each deliverable includes 2 revision rounds. A revision request must be one email containing one numbered list, sent within 48 hours of the delivery email it relates to. A second email within the same 48 hours replaces the first. Feedback sent after 48 hours, or in pieces, is treated as a paid extra round. Each revised version starts a new 48-hour window for the next round, up to the 2 included rounds. - Allowed: text edits, colour and font tweaks within your brand, photo swaps, and reordering existing sections. - Not revisions: a new look or concept; added pages, slides, posts or sections; new copy beyond the word limits; or changes after approval.
Extra rounds cost AED 99 / USD 29 / GBP 22 / INR 999 each. Unused rounds expire 48 hours after the delivery they relate to.
7. Approval and silence (3 days plus a reminder)
We send every delivery by email to the address on your order, with a link to your Drive folder. If you don't reply within 3 calendar days of that email, we'll send one reminder. If you still don't reply within 1 working day of the reminder, the delivery is treated as approved and the project closes. A closed project can be reopened once within 30 days for any revision rounds still unused, if you ask by email.
8. Delivery
Work is delivered to a private Google Drive folder, together with source files where applicable. Websites are hosted free on Cloudflare Pages and handed over to you. You buy and own your domain, and we connect it once at no charge.
9. Previews, payment and use
Drafts and previews are watermarked, low-resolution images or protected preview links. Final files, source files and website handover are released only once every amount for the order (including extras) is paid and the work is approved. Until then, you have no right to use any draft. If you use preview or watermarked files commercially, we may invoice the full price of the deliverable they come from.
10. Fixed scope and fair use
Scope is fixed at order. Anything not listed is out of scope and needs a new order or a paid add-on. Quantities can't be swapped across categories (for example, 12 posts can't become 2 brochure pages). We don't do free samples, tests, spec work or "quick tweaks" outside an order. Outreach samples are watermarked, low-resolution and not for use. Each order covers one business or brand; using deliverables for another business needs another order.
11. Intellectual property
Ownership of the final deliverables made for you passes to you once you've paid in full. Your specific content (your name, logo, text, photos and the final designs made for you) is yours. We keep all rights to our underlying templates, layouts, looks, code and know-how, and we may reuse them for other clients.
12. Portfolio
We only show your project in our portfolio or marketing with your written consent.
13. Your warranties
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo, text and other material you give us. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for any claims arising from materials you provided.
14. Prohibited content
We won't create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or that promotes regulated products without the required approvals. If we decline an order before work starts because of its content, we refund it in full. If we stop it after work starts, no refund is due.
14A. Restricted industries
For restricted or regulated businesses (for example tobacco and vape, alcohol, gaming-adjacent, CBD, firearms accessories and regulated finance), we offer Business Care only, with no social or ad work. All work must stay lawful: we make no health or therapeutic claims, nothing targets or appeals to minors, and we include the legally required health warnings, risk warnings or licence wording that you supply. You're responsible for your own compliance and approvals.
15. AI-assisted production
Mavyn is an AI-assisted studio. Drafts may be produced with AI tools, and every order is reviewed and refined by our designers before delivery.
16. Third-party costs
Unless a package says otherwise, prices don't include domain registration or renewal, paid hosting, stock photo or font purchases, printing, ad spend, or paid software and tools.
17. Payments, prices and monthly plans
Prices are shown in AED, USD, GBP or INR and paid by card through our payment provider, Ziina, using a secure payment link. Prices include card processing. Launch prices are time-limited and shown with their end date.
Monthly plans run month to month. Each month we send a payment link 3 days before your renewal date. To cancel, email hello@mavyn.online before your renewal date. Nothing further is due and no further links are sent. If you cancel on or after your renewal date, the cycle already started is due and will be delivered in full, and the plan then ends. We never charge your card without you paying the link.
18. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
20. No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee any business result, such as sales, leads, rankings, followers or engagement.
21. Force majeure
We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party platforms, internet or power failures, illness, natural events, or government action. In those cases the clock pauses.
22. Changes to these terms
The version published when you pay applies to that order. For monthly plans, we'll email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
24. Records
For every order we keep your timestamped checkout consents, the brief-complete email, delivery emails, Drive access logs, your revision lists, and approval or reminder emails.

Refund Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
- Payments are non-refundable once paid, including before work starts, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (see clause 7), and except for the late-delivery refunds in clause 3.
- If we can't complete an order because you haven't provided the required brief or materials, no refund is due (see clause 5 of the Terms on paused and closed orders). If we fail to deliver for any reason within our control, the late-delivery refunds in clause 3 apply, up to 100%.
- Late-delivery refunds, all counted from the promised first-draft date (3 working days from your brief-complete email):
- more than 3 working days late: 20%
- more than 7 calendar days late: 50%
- more than 14 calendar days late: 100%
Only the highest applicable tier applies; tiers never stack. Late-delivery refunds are paid automatically, without you having to ask, within 5–10 working days of the late delivery, to the original card through Ziina. 4. Once the first draft is delivered, no further refund is due, but any late-delivery refund already earned for that draft still applies. "First draft" means a complete first version of every deliverable in the package. 5. Monthly plans: cancel by emailing hello@mavyn.online before your renewal date, and nothing further is due. If you cancel on or after your renewal date, the cycle already started is due and will be delivered in full, and the plan then ends. 6. Orders waiting for materials: we remind you on day 7, day 21 and day 28. With nothing by day 30, the order closes with no refund, but you may reopen it once within 90 days by sending your materials. 7. UK/EU consumers: you can cancel within 14 days of paying. If you've asked us to start, we deduct the value of the work already done. Once the full deliverables are provided, the right to cancel ends. 8. If something's wrong, email hello@mavyn.online first. We reply within 2 working days and resolve most issues quickly. If you raise a chargeback, we'll share our order records with your card issuer.
